TOTAL INCOMPETENCE – don’t waste your time – go across the bridge to downtown…..bought a trailer from Harbor Freight – they wanted a signed sales agreement – store said title and receipt were all that was needed (and they sell many trailers) – this agency wanted me to get the store to sign a sales agreement – other title agency said receipt and title were all that was needed (because it included the price, confirmation sales tax was paid, my name, store name etc.) – same as the store said….maybe the owner of this agency should fire some of the clerks who have all the answers and get people there that want to help people – I SHOULD HAVE HEEDED THE POOR RATING – THERE IS A REASON THIS AGENCY GETS A POOR RATING
