I went to return an item Teriyaki Sauce $2.05, I spoke with Supervisor by the name of Rafael, looks like bouncer, very unprofessional, I explained why I returned it, after a long wait he gave me back the money, I was leaving that place, when he stopped me at the door stating that item was already open. Off course I had to opened it to find out what's wrong. He obliged me to return the money, not even giving me an option to exchange for a different sauce, I gave him back the money and after insulting me because of my dissapointment, he became more upset and told me never come back to this place anymore, like he's the owner, very unprofesional and a low behaviour, he should be working as a bouncer in a cheap night club.
