They are not as moisture resistant as they are claiming. Rain water & run off does get inside several of the units, It will leak from ceiling or come inside from door and leak from one unit to another...! You need to have your stuff up off the floor or inside rubber tubs / wrapped in plastic.. Lots of ants and spiders like to get inside and make nests..! My large Uhaul truck had gotten stuck in the mud... The ground is really soft when its wet. Only has gravel around the storage units. Owner had to get a neighbor who had a large tractor to pull me out... Place is built in a low lying Farm land area.
