I don't understand all the bad reviews.. I get my nails done here once a month, sometimes more. Every time they address me the second I walk in, regardless if it's busy our not. I usually get gel polish because it lasts long and dries quickly. Things are clean and organized, the staff is always nice and happy. As I type this review there is a good amount of people here, including a man and his wifey.

Oh,the prices are decent too, overall I am a happy customer.

Went to White Lotus Nails - we not have an appt. I asked if they could take myself and a friend for mani/pedi.. Sure they said.. Go over and pick your nail color... so we did... when pedi was done and nail tech was working on mani, she said.. "I have an appointment... you will have to come back later.... "we left with just pedicure and our fingernails filed but not painted or buffed .. and we were still charged full price for both services.;..;. Let me tell you NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. My first time there and now my last.. Sorry for the rant.... I complained, but owner said... "you had nails filed... you pay full price...!" Shoddy service...and in my opinion the owner could care less. If they could not accomodate us, they should have told us upfront.. period.. We would have found another salon that could. Instead we paid full price for services not received..... SO IN MY HONEST OPINION... FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON!!!!

I had an issue with my acrylic nails breaking (had them initially done there)--went in for a repair and charged me outrageous amount and tried to convince me to have more done. They cut my nails and sliced my fingers open--no opology no discount-----never again---time to go elsewhere--if I could give them no stars I would

I've been here a few times. The place is nice :-) if you want your nails done fast in 10 minutes here where to come

Unsanitary nail salon .they reuse pumice stones and don't sterilize the cutters and nail tools.. This place location may be convenient but they are definitely always rushing for money. I came in to get a Mani pedi and had an appointment and they rushed me out after my pedicure was done in 20 minutes with sloppy paint job and said, can you come back were busy. I had an appointment! This is so unprofessional.

not pleased with the service at all! this isn't the cheapest salon around so i expected better service. The first time i went it was okay, but when i came again, i was rushed out of their. they were so quick to take my money. I will definitely find a different salon

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. Heather does a wonderful job on my nails.

I went here back in 2011 when it was still known as Tek nails, now that it has been taken over by White Lotus, ive decided to try them out again. This place was very pleasant and i had my nails and bikini wax done there. will come again

i went to this place and it wasnt so bad. quiet little shop. nails but no waxing....not a one stop shop

Cut the bottom of my foot and still charged full price as I left with a open sore on my heel

Expensive and they keep speaking another language!!
