I paid them to do a roof and skylight repair. I paid them to complete the repair as Barry had detailed needed to be done. One week later I called back about a leak, they never responded. Anitjer roofing company came out only to tell me that Barry never did what I paid for and what was done was done incorrectly and I am getting water damage. He still won't call me back. If you value your money do not use this contractor. Now I have to call the BBB. What a pain!

The repair they I hired them to do was easier than I thought it would be. Someone came to give me a price estimate and assess the damage. He took a picture and brought it down to me and pointed out the extent the repair would need to go to and what my different options were. No other contractor give me options or suggestions, more of a dictation to what they will do and for how much. I like being involved in an repair for MY home, so it went to Andover. I was very happy about my choice, and will favor them for anything else that pops up.

Good work ethic, prices, committment to custoemr service. I was extremely pleased to find a company that is not trying to get money, and money alone; they seemed to pride themselves in integrity and honest work. On time, efficient, informative. I found a roofer with all the attributes I look for, done looking.

Very happy with the work done. The gutter replacement was a painless, maybe even enjoyable process. I had procrastinated getting it done, they cracked, leaked, were causing damage to the siding. I had them a few other give me estimates, and I went with a more local company to support local business. I am happy I did, I didn't have to sacrifice quality or resources, I actually think that I got more than with a large corporation. They did the install, repaired the damage, and it was all done so quickly, no surprise charges or fees. I am happy, and suggest that anyone give them a call.

Impressive work. I am so happy I decided to hire this company. My roof looks so good, and I am completely happy with the work and the interactions I had with the employess and crew. I would trust them to do any work in my home, and wish that other contractors were as pleasant to work with, and as honest and informative. Can't complain!

Good job, good people. I had andover roofing and gutters rip and replace a 5 x 5 section of my roof. Whenever I get quotes I like to tell the company or person Im talking with that I am only getting one quote to see who is full of it and who is being honest. Well, I had 3 companies look at my roof which was pretty severly damaged, and one claimed that I would need about $2000 more work than the other two, and when I hired andover and signed the contract I mentioned what the other company had said was essentually mandatory if I wanted to avoid a lot more repairs. They even took pictures just to tell me that I didnt have to pay for more work. Well, that is certainly a company that I want to keep in my rolodex for future work. I am sick of getting swindled, and contractors making up repairs that are unnecessary. I suggest that you give them a call and get an honest opinion and expertise on whats up with your roof.

This is the company to call. I have had problems in the past with leaks in my roof from ice dams, I think because of the severe pitch in my roof and the straight roof that goes over my porch, I am prone to leaks. If you have a colonial style home or roof you should be very careful of ice in the winter and after it melts. Well, I got sick of calling roofers to take off the ice just to have leaks when it got to april showers. I decided to have heater coils installed and I got several quotes and I went with andover because of their rep in my neighborhood.

All the workers were very nice and when I invited them in, twice, they asked if they should take their shoes off. The job was done well, I know this because NO leaks have sprung up from a result of ice, and I also appreciate the politeness and professioanlism shown by this company. I would recommend highly!!!

I was veyr happy after hiring andover roofing and gutters for my roof repairs. We had leaking and cracks on the top of our chimney, leaks on a couple parts of the back roof, and around the bathroom skylight. The job was completed fast, which I appreciated because I didn't have to leave my house all week, which was how long another contractor told me it would take. I was impressed with the work, the price, and the good attitude that everyone gave me, polite with hello's and goodbyes and thank you and please. I was impressed and pleased, I am sure if you try them out you will be too!!!

I agree in supporting your local businesses. I always try to go local. I called 3 roofing companies, and I am actually from Andover, and this company was competetively priced, but came with the most impressive consultations and seemed most knowledgable, which to me means most reliable. My roof looks amazing, and I know it is going to last forever, we invested in the extra money to make sure we wouldn't have to deal with a lot of maintenance, and I am glad we had an expert that explained to us how we will get the return on our investment. Very professional, knew what they were talking abotu and doing, go CALL THEM if you want to right people on your roof!!!

I am from Methuen, and being a New Englander I like to support local businesses. I wasn't going to some roof doctor, I want a company that is in my area that funnels money back into the economy and community that I live in! They sent their foreman who gave me an estimate after some measurements and looking at the damage I needed repaired, he was in the right price range from the other estimates I had gotten, I chose them. They did a wonderful job and did it so quickly! I had them repair several leaks 6 months ago, and through the snow, ice and rain, no more leaks! Great job, Great employees, AND SUPPORTING YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS!!!

I was very pleased with the work they did for me. This company certanily stood by their work, and everything else. Thei price was fair, and the workmanship impressive, and their attitudes professional, polite, and they were always on time bright and early to get to work so slakcing off, and because of that it was done on time. I would recommend them!!!!

I have had this company do multiple jobs for me over the years. They have done chimeny flashing and re-leading, gutter cleaning and replacement, fix leaks, remove snow and ice, shingle replacement. I used them first 3 years ago because my uncle had used them and recommended them. He is very hard to please, and typically finds the flaws in evertyhing and everyone, so when he suggests a company I go with it. Now I find myself recommending them to my friends and family. I have never had problems and the expertise shows in their work. Trust me, if they impressed my Uncle they must be pretty darn good!

These men were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They stayed and answered all my questions and went on line with me so I could show them all the products I had looked at for my roof replacement and some of the research I had printed out, and he sat with me and went over his recommendations, and after over an hour I finally deicided exactly what I wanted. The roof looks so good, I have been getting so many compliments. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would go back over and over again. I would highly recommend them if you are calling a roofer.

I couldn't be happier. I went to this company to replace my gutters and downspouts , two had fallen recently and with the spring rainy season I knew I needed to get on it. They sent somone down very quickly and were very professional, and showed me a lot of product options that I could chose from. After we agreed on a price and timeframe a crew went right to work prepping the house while the others got the materials, they seemed very efficient and eager to get it done, not lazy at all. After the install no problems getting a hold of them I had some questions, but the gutters themselves look great, and I couldn't be happier!

I was not disappointed. It was a job very well done, I am glad that I trusted my coworker who recommended them. I needed my chimney re-leaded and I wanted new aluminum gutters, to replace the old bent ones and go better with the new siding. I wanted it done in a few days and with rainy season certainly wanted the gutters in place ASAP. They started working right away, it was estimate, contract, and they were on the roof! I was pleased to see ambition in my contractors to get the job done. It looks very good, and I can't say anything that I would change about my experience. Highly recommended!

I agree with the other good reviews, I personally had a very good experience. They got back to me immediately, and were always available if I had questions or concerns. I invested quite a bit of money into replacing my roof, and I am glad I chose them for the job. They were right there with pricing, and when I called or went outside to ask questions about status and timeline I always recieved a polite and immediate response. Everything looks fantastic, and I have been getting endless compliments. I would certainly recommend them!

I have used this company several times for various repairs and installations over the years. They ripped and replaced the entire front sections of my roof, replaced my gutters, and I have had them back to clean out the gutters and downspouts and shovel snow and ice in the winters. Everytime I work with them I either get and answer immediately or get a call back within hours. I know that if I had any kind of emergency they would be there that day. Always professional and cordial. I haev never had any issues with the quality of the product or sevices provided. I don't see any reason why someone would not be using them as frequently as I am. I am a veyr happy and loyal customer!

This company does not stand by their work !!! The gutter they installed on my home is 1/4 of an inch off , not flush with the house so it does not even function as a gutter. I have called several times with no response, called several more times to be told they would come out and fix it, still no show and that was a month ago !! They lie and do not stand by their work ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

Exactly to the contract, really nice crew, kept me informed the entire time. Found tons of issues with roof from the previous roofers and fixed them. Clean, clean clean at the end! They even pointed out some siding that needed replacing and carefully reviewed with me first and along the way how much I wanted replaced.

They really couldn't have been better- and the person who referred me to them had the same experience.

These guys are the best! I wish they did all types of contracting.
