I run a small business in the area doing appliance repairs and I normally buy all my appliance and a/c parts from ideal appliance. I needed a part for an oven in a minutes notice and ideal couldn't get me the part that I needed until the next business day. So I gave appliance parts depot a call and they had the part on hand for $150. I picked up the part and it turned out there was a miscommunication and I had gotten the wrong part. So I returned with the $150 control board and bought the face plate for $100 (the correct part) but they would not refund me the $150 control board because it had been installed. I never installed it, the box was double taped like someone else had already opened it before me. I informed the manager the next business day of this and he as well refused my refund, I also informed him that I run an appliance and a/c business and that he wouldn't just be losing a single sale but thousands of dollars in sales as my line of work requires. Yet he insisted on trading in a $150 sale for multiple sales to come. If they would refuse a business that does a great number or revenue in appliance sales, what do you think they will do to an individual who is looking to buy one part once every few years? I recommend going a block over to division and buying from ideal appliance, they have never refused my business or returns and much cheaper.

It's nice to know there are still appliance stores out there that sell parts for your Kitchen appliancees.

it seems like when you need To replace a broken bin , the big companies want you just to throw away your kitchen refrigerator & buy a brand new one.

Spoke to nice man, Lester & he washable to price match a Chester price from a different store.

its a relief to know that there are still those stores out there that are willing to sell parts to replace small parts for you so you don't have to throw everything away. it's nice to know there are still appliance stores out there that sell parts .

it seems like when you need a small part the big companies want you just to throw away your kitchen appliances when they work perfectly fine..
