I bought my first Mercedes with the help of our awesome Sales Rep, James Willis. The experience exceeded our expectations. James was very helpful, knowledgeable and an all around super nice guy. He was very patient and never made us feel pressured. He made us feel like we not only purchased a vehicle, but made a friend. Every body else we worked with also treated us like family. I highly recommend this business.

My experience at Mercedes- Benz was beyond my expectations in quality, service, friendliness, and flexibility. Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans was the dealer most willing to work with my specifications regarding price and vehicle. I previously owned a Mercedes, which was totaled in an accident. Not only did my old Mercedes keep me safe in the accident, but I returned to Mercedes to lease my second car after shopping around at Acura, BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes.



The salesperson I dealt with was Paul Schwartz, and I found him to be eager and easy to work with. He followed up, and continued to search for the right vehicle for me in my price range until he found it. I am very pleased with his level of expertise regarding the vehicles he is selling, and I am very pleased with his continued follow up. I anticipate remaining in the Mercedes family for many years to come.
