Founded in 1966, Lakeside Country Club specializes in providing swimming, diving and tennis activities for children. Based in Metairie, La., The club consists of an Olympic size swimming pool, two lighted tennis courts, workout room, club room, concession stand and an adult bar. Its bar and grill serves several food items, such as appetizers, French fries, macaroni, popcorn salads, sandwiches, hamburgers and desserts. Additionally, the club provides 2,800-square-foot ballroom upstairs with a balcony for club functions as well as rentals. Lakeside Country Club is a member of the Jefferson Community Club Association (JCCA).
