This Vietnamese restaurant serves up great food and fresh fruit bubble teas! While other bubble tea cafe's in the New Orleans metro area use powders, Frosty's Cafe has fresh fruit including some hard to find favorites like Taro, Durian, and Lychee. But they don't just do bubble tea, they also offer up a great selection of Vietnamese favorites including po-boys, pho, and tofu!!
