I went to get a pair of shoes that were out of stock in every store so I had this store order them and shop them to my house, they arrived with a broke Zipper I took them back to this store and the guy even went as far as offer to see if they have them in any store 100 miles from there and he would go pick them up for me. They were completely out of stock everywhere tho. So he re order and said he would try to get them on the ups TODAY. They are so great. &truely caring.

THIS STORE CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP HE!! THESE DAYS SOME STOERES COULD CARE LESS --5 STARS!!

Very Happy and Satisfied with their customer service skills. I purchased a pair of awesome spiked pumps and after one wear a spike came off. I called and spoke to a manager who offered to order another pair for me as an exchange! Super stoked! They made my day!

Journeys has all different types of shoes. They have tennis shoes, dress shoes, boots, etc., men and women. The service here is extremely good the helpers were attentive and fast and getting you what you want.
