It was ridiculous! I ordered a pair of prescription glasses in a black frame and pair of prescription sunglasses in another frame altogether, two different frames. When I went to pick up the glasses, both were of the same frame, one was brown and one was black. I come back, after she was to correct my order only to find she had reversed the pair. At this point I am frustrated and explain to her again that I did not pick out the frame she put them in and she said, "oh no, you order this pairs, the lady sitting next to us that day agree". Hello! The lady who was picking out glasses the same day said I picked those frames out? Are you kidding me! She found out I worked in HR and had an EEOC issue w/her previous ER and was to consumed of discussing her rights rather than making a client happy. Never took the hint. So, if you go, ask the lady; have you ever worked for Walmart. If she says yes, ask for someone else.
