came in to this place to return a package back to the shipper, lady was very helpful, didnt have to pay a cent.

These people act like its a huge inconvenience to them for you to use their services. Everyone that I've met that works there acts like they hate their job, and I never get a thank you or a smile. They act like it is such trouble helping other customers. I saw a man today trying to mail something to an APO and the woman working there acted like she was very put out just because she had to enter something online for the man.
