I would have given this a 5 star rating all around if it had not been for the person at the counter who took our order and when she was advised that the order was wrong she insisted that the Double Deluxe Burger was actually a BBQ Chicken Sandwich and laughed at my son when he tried to get his burger corrected. which made him very frustrated so he threw the sandwich away and exited the store, when he came back without a sandwich or the money for the sandwich I went into the store to resolve it myself. She tried to do the same thing to me and instead of leaving I demanded my money back or get the sandwich corrected. At that time the cook came out to see what the problem was and in a very pleasant manner advised that it would take him a little while to resolve the problem but he did correct the problem, going so far as to show me the completed Double Deluxe Burger was indeed the sandwich that was prepared for me. I thanked him and left and all was well. Recommend firing the cashier.
