Bill helped us make a trade and upgrade my wifes wedding ring bc it was damaged after 33 years. He was very informative and patient.

The staff and Manager are friendly and not pushy salespersons. I've bought lots of jewelry with them and I'm a satisfied customer. I recently upgraded my wedding ring and I had an issue with one of the stones. I called the Manager and he replaced my ring for me with no additional charge. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

My husband and I have been ring shopping for a long time now. We have looked online and everywhere u possibly cld and I cldnt find anything we liked! :( with in 20min of being in the benchmark store in town east mall we put a down payment on my ring!! I found the ring I had been lookin for forever!! It was everthing I wanted and more! The quality of their jewlery is outstanding!!! The customer service is amazing (which now a days is hard to find) they take the time to show u every option and make sure u leave with exactly wut u want. Not to mention the deals they have! We got 3 rings for the price we expected to pay for 1!! I more than recommend this store to ANYONE!! I absolutely LOVE my ring!!!!! Ask for Andy he is an amazing manager at that location!
