You get it over with in just ONE day. All you do is go to a 6 hour defensive driving class. During class, you watch videos, listen to instructor, eat free lunch, and take breaks. This class will be over before you know it. GOOD NEWS --you will get two certificates for the price of one. One certificate to dismiss your traffic or speeding ticket. The second certificate to receive up to a $750 automobile insurance discount with some companies. Additional defensive driving classes are available in the following Texas cities: Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Mesquite, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, Irving, Addison, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Anna, Frisco, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, Sunnyvale, Garland, Rockwall, Forney, Seagoville and Rowlett.
