Matthew and Luke from All- American Animal Removal LLC went to my house on September 30, 2016. They were referred by Home Advisor.com. They gave us a quote to treat and/or remove rodents from our attic. They inspected the house and found evidence of rodents. They said these could be a possum, squirrels, or rats. They found rat excrement during the inspection.
All- American Animal Removal LLC treated the house and closed the rodent entry points.
A few days later I noticed an entry point (roof return) was open apparently due to rodent activity. I contacted All-American. During the following inspection I was told that squirrels caused the problem and they wanted more money to treat them. This was after I had already paid them $1,078.44 to fix the problem.
I feel that All- American Animal Removal LLC misrepresented their service. Their substantial fee should have included all necessary treatments for rodents. I am not satisfied with their service!
