Patricia Woodward has a huge family working her group homes and also her day services. Nepotism is at an all time high and they cover up for one another. There is a father and mother with two sons, sisters, wives, sister in laws all working in her group home and in her day services and even in her offices. My son has had several falls with the last one causing a compressed vertebrae wherein no one seems to know what happened. That has been the case with all of his falls, no one knows anything. There is a staff of good people working this group home however the favoritism and nepotism trump any good this home has to give.
Rather than firing the inept staff that are responsible for my son's fractured vertebrae, Patricia just moves them to another one of her group homes. Shame on you Patricia, we all warned you for months how terrible and negligent two of your staff (all related) are but you would not listen. Four falls and no explanation for any of them. Just plain neglect. Compounded medicines given to my son from the same staff, again nothing done. Continuous missed doctor appointments again from the same staff. You are supposed to protect the members in the group home, those that have disabilities, not the inept staff that are all related.
