To say this company's scheduling and employee skills are lacking is an understatement. Here's my experience:



Schedule a refinishing job for my historic home's cast iron tub. Informed it is a two day process. First day is about 6 hours of refinishing. Second day is about an hour to seal and make sure everything is good.



Day of refinishing. Employee shows up as scheduled. Does the work all day. I notice after he left that paint is pooling in spots and is both visible and tangible. I call the company. They say this is normal and the employee will fix it tomorrow. New guy shows up the next day, says he can't do a few simple fixes because job was done poorly and has to refinish it but has to do so at a later date. Scheduler calls me and schedules for a week later. I'm pretty upset at this point but I decide to be patient.



A week passes. On the scheduled day, no one shows up. I call Todd's at noon. Oops they messed up and didn't actually schedule me even though I received confirmation over the phone. Good thing I've taken ANOTHER day off work. So not only is my bathtub way behind schedule, so am I in my professional life! I have to "convince" them that they need to come do it the next day even though they tried to push it back almost another week. I wish this review was different. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

The three grab bars Todd's installed for me are so helpful and give me a peace of mind. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and the job he performed went beyond satisfactory. My saftey index rose significantly and the grab bars are worth every penny! I would highly recommend Todd's to anyone in the Phoenix metropolitan area!!!

I highly recommend them!!!!!! They came out for an estimate the same day. They were very patient and kind as I decided when color/style to get.They arrived on time and did an amazing job...cleaning up everything! I absolutely love my "new" countertops.

Todd employs uneducated idiots...Todds is a local business ran by a guy name Gary, he even has employees hired that are on proabation. I wouldnt want anyone in my home that is recently on proabation. His employee gave my wife his card, wouldnt stop flirting with her. When i ran a google check on him he came up as on probation and in anger management classes..I would questions todds integrity by hiring such people to come work in beautiful homes.So think twice before calling them u might get a theif rather than a wife beater.

i had my bathroom repaired a hole in the side of the wallof the bathtub. i called todds then they sent out a tech to fix it . and you can't even tell where the hole was at .. what a wonderful job .. i would refer them .

i had my tub refinished what a wonderful job.. i was really impressed. The tech came into my house. He went over everything he was going to do , ask me what color ,, i wanted. very pleasant tech. he masked off the bathroom sprayed on the finish .. then he came back 48 hours later to take down the plastic .. he caulked and wow ,,, what a new tub i have i would refer them .

I didn't know it was possible to refinish my bathtub. The Todd's service man was polite, explained everything and did a beautiful job. By refinishing, I saved $2000 on the estimate I got to replace my tub.
