I will not come back here again. So rude and mean management.

The lady manager is always very rude and mean when I come in here. She looks a bit intimidating. She always hands my money or the confirmation ticket throwing it at the counter instead of handing to me curteously. She reminds me of those times where discrimination was everywhere and people only served certain folks and not welcome anyone else. After confronting her about it, she only smiled and said nothing. She forgets that her customers is the reason she puts dinner in her table. If she doesn't want certaing people in there, then she should just post a sign outside.

I wouldn't go there again. My package was lost and the manager took forever to process my claim and refund my money. She was very rude and didn't seem to care.

I'd rather drive to a further UPS store to ship my packages.
