I've ordered wildlife tracking equipment from Telonics 4 times, and they've messed up my orders the last 3 times. Unfortunately, having Telonics receivers had locked me into getting the accessories through the same company.

After sending receivers set to the wrong frequency, they did agree to cover shipping and reprogram them, but they did not rush to do this and returned the items at the slowest shipping speed. This was after I had stressed that we were in the middle of tracking migrating animals and I was wiling to pay for expedited shipping because the units were so crucial. I was patient with our representative through this, because I know we will likely need their services in the future, but very disappointed. A company specializing in this should be able to get the correct frequencies programmed.

If you have an option, go someplace else.

This is an awesome company. They have excellent staff, expecially a man named Bruce Thompson. His craftmanship is outstanding!
