I purchased football equipment for my son here a couple of days ago. Right after that, I found the same equipment for cheaper. I tried to return the merchandise to Sports Exchange and the owner refused to give anything besides store credit. He was rude, argumentative and kept saying he was barely making a living. After we argued for 20 minutes he decided to take the stuff back for a restocking fee of 20%. I decided to take it since I never wanted to shop there again. Unfortunately when I counted my money when I got home, he short changed me $12. To me, it's not worth stepping back into that store. I basically paid him $55 to stick the stuff back on the shelf. I would not recommend this business to anyone. You can get it cheaper somewhere else and the service is much better. This was truly a horrible experience.
