I'd hope you expect decent customer service from any business in the service industry but honestly this is a place that shines in a whole slum of pretty rough pawn shops. I personally sold a few firearms and a guitar to this shop. These people actually work hard for your business and alot of other pawn shops could give a care less. Don't mess around with other places, if you need to pawn or sell your items come straight to Route 66 pawn and gun. I can promise you no other shop has the customer service and actual know how about the products you are trying to pawn or sell.

Stopped in today because I have been in the market for a new handgun. I have been to gun shows as well as other retailers. The staff was very honest with me and I was able to find a great weapon at a great price. The shopping is over. Thanks Route 66, I will be back.
