So much for customer service. My husband arrived at the shop at 5:40 pm on a Tuesday night ready to buy a pair of $150.00 boots. The young salesman was locking up as they normally close at 5:30. My husband said he would buy the boots but the salesman said, "Sorry we're closed." I say, wow in this economy? Really?
