Damaged my classic auto and refused to fix damage

I took my car to this shop to have some work done on the power steering. When I got my car back, there was a large scratch in the paint and dent in the door. I confronted the shop manager about the damage and he immediately denied any responsibility. The manager did not even look inot the incident before denying responsibility, he just said "my guys didn't do it". I would not reccomend this shop to anyone. They do not take care of people's cars, and will not accept responsibility for anything if they do damage. The car in question is a nicely restored classic, and I just had the paint and body work done, and when the car wernt into their shop it was flawless. Afterwards, there was a large dent and scratch
