Not really customer friendly. I ordered amplifiers from this outfit and had to pull teeth to get one order cancelled. They claim they're a large company, but 2 or 3 people work there. I'd be wary buying directly from them. Go to Amazon dot com to get their amplifiers, though Amazon dot com isn't much better these days.
