I gave them the lowest number I could. If there were a lower number, they would get it. They should be run out of business. When people fall on hard times, there shouldn't be a business like this around. My husband had to pawn his wedding ring so we could eat. We just asked for a few more days to get the money to retrieve his ring. They wouldn't work with us at all. I have had to pawn jewelry at another pawn shop and they were wonderful. Please stay away from this one. They are sharks
