Totally rude, and very unwelcoming feeling as soon as I walked in the store. Yes it was 8:59 and the store does close at 9pm. But I was completely unaware of their schedule lol. And the aggressive approach was way overboard. The staff are obviously low on the totem pole types and have that "I hang at Sycamore station" persona. Never going back!

I know how irritating it is getting customers right as you're closing so I could understand why the girls were moaning and groaning, but then even after they found out I was only donating to the outside donation box, they continued to harass me through the windows screaming saying leave. I ignored it, as they were leaving they continued to look me up and down like I was doing something wrong, I smiled and ignored it, as I was pulling away one of the girls almost slammed into the back of me and continuously honked at me like I almost hit her or something, so I honked back and THEN the other employee behind her joined in and they were both just honking at me. I'm sorry but that is not how you treat a customer.

Brittany is awesome. Great employees make this store even better. Thank you for always being awesome! I don't have nothing but positive thoughts when I think about Name Brand!

I would give this store 10 stars if I could. Awesome job! Very helpful not like those other girls that used to work here. I will be back due to the changes.

Store was well stocked with excellent prices and styles. Helpful no nonsense staff. Always a good mix of music. I will be back soon.

Vanessa is such a friendly person. It sounds like these negative reviews are competitors because I didn't have any problem dealing with the staff here. I feel like I was given a reasonable price for my old stuff. I will be back when I clean the rest of my closet out. Thank you!
