This place closed its pool on the 4th of July holidays in near record breaking heat. July 17th they plan on closing the pool at 10pm.

This Apartment complex is the most unprofessional place that I have been to. They will try to scam you for as much money as possible, are dishonest, try to change the lease agreement without you knowing and the apartments look good until you sign that lease then you see all the details that look like garbage, I strongly recommend another place to live for anybody, I've been a resident for a year. My lease was changed, I have had quite a few problems with my apartment, I'm always getting over billed, when I called about being over charged Madera employees say that they'll fix it, then try to charge me a smaller sum of money and say that the biller made a mistake, this has happend MANY times to me
