Always had good service before, last few visits the people that work there have just got downright lazy. I usually tip well but this last time I pointed out a few things and the guy gave me serious attitude. Won’t be going back.

In the past we have always had great service here. But the service has been going downhill. This past Saturday it was the worst car wash and oil change we have ever, ever had. Over two hours later we finally checkout. I cant tell you how disappoint we were.

I came into this location and had my car washed back in May. When it was finished there was more armor all streaked across my windshield than my dash. I also was disappointed when I noticed that my carpets still had debris on them as well as my consol. I brought this to manager CHRIS' attn, and expressed how irritating it was to wait almost an hour and this is what I get? I asked for a refund, but instead got a free VIP wash. I went in on August 4th to redeem. This time I wait 45 min for them to wash my truck, and when the guy says "ready" it begins.. There was spit down the side of the bed from a week earlier, when I pointed it out did fix it. I left, once I got to work I see there are marks down both sides, as well as it looks like my truck was wiped with dirty towels!? The word VIP still on my window towel marks on my mirrors. Chris took my call again and was rude, short, and not helpful. To this day I still haven't gotten a call from his boss as requested, or from my email to corp.
