As a nation wide service company for the alarm industry we are used to getting calls at the end of the day needing to get an emergency repair made-plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc. Many times we have an established relationship with a licensed local contractor in the area-last night that was not the case. After 15 calls, mostly with no answer or answering machine promises of call back(Only one called later) I noticed the YP ad for Fountain Air LLC and tried them- Cory picked up the phone and immediately told me that he could help me within an hour. He did exactly what he said he would do but he was a few minutes quicker than promised- He had quoted a very fair hourly rate and that is exactly what he charged me-how refreshing-the homeowner was very impressed with their work- They are on my short list of exceptional contractors!

8pm at night in the middle of a heatwave and our A/C goes out! This was the third call I made and was so happy to have a live person answer the phone! Corey and his son arrives about 90 minutes later and wihtin MINUTES had the part replaced and the cool air flowing again. Next time, they will be my first call!

The compressor on my Goodman air conditioner would no longer turn on. I called Fountain Air at 8:30pm and within 20 minutes, Cory was in my back yard taking a look at the compressor. He found a burnt up wire going into the capacitor and replaced it, charging me only for the service call. He also tightened down screws left loose by the company that had previously worked on my air conditioner. Cory definitely comes across as honest, knowledgeable, and experienced. I will absolutely continue using Fountain Air for my future A/C needs.

We had to call Fountain Air out last night and I am so happy Cory was able to fix our unit. Fountain Air just replaced a rental property unit that was very old and gave us a very competitive price. Thank you for being such a reliable company we can trust!

I had to call Corey on a Sunday night, and he was there within an hour. He is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff! These guys are a class act!

Our rental property needed work on the air conditioning and the owner took it upon himself to get the job done correctly. We ended up needing a new unit but he gave us an outstanding price and a great warranty. I know he spend alot of time and energy trying to save us from having to buy a new unit.
