I have the best care and treatment with Dr Freed.. I recommend anyone with foot /ankle issue to go to them!!!

I've been going to EVFA for a number years. The care I receive is excellent. The office staff are professional & caring. Dr Freed is the best and treats me like I'm his only patient. I don't know what I would have done without them over these last five years. In addition, the doc found something nobody else were able to diagnose and referred me to a rheumatologist for ongoing care. Awesome, awesome people!

If you are looking for a good and sincere Doctor look elsewhere, I never thought that I would be stuck with a ridiculous bill for unnecessary procedures. I came in suffering from excruciating foot pain I experienced first thing every morning that started during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. It was so debilitating I could barely walk. After speaking with my OB she recommended I see a foot specialist. I should have noticed the red flags after the Dr told me there was not much they could do due to the fact that x-rays would be out of the question for me yet he was so speedy to list out a whole bunch of items that I would need: orthotics, night splint and he sent me on my way with pneumatic walking splint that did little for me. After I expressed my concern that the boot would be difficult for me to put on without any assistance his assistant assured me I would figure it out and find somebody that could help me to put it on, seriously?! The next day I was notified that my insurance would not cover the Dr’s recommendations so I declined the rest of the items. I did my own research and found out the best way to treat my diagnoses and found a night splint that made all the difference in the world for under $20 and stretching exercises. 3 months later I receive a bill for $260 ($220 is for the splint that I only wore for that one day, what makes it hard to swallow is after a quick search I found it online for $79.99). I immediately called them and explained that had I known the costs of the boot I would have declined the item in the first place as it was completely unnecessary especially in my condition. The billing person was very kind and said she would check with the Dr to see if there was anything they could do. She called me back and said the Dr wanted to see me again and see if there was something else he could recommend (Really $$$) and he would be able to give me a discount at that point, WTF?! This is after I had told her I was able to find relief on my own. Maybe to some people it might not seem like much but with a new baby on the way, I don’t know of anybody that would have $200 to throw away on something you never needed

I had toe joint replacement surgery on both my big toes. Scar tissue developed and I am in much more pain than before the surgery. I have seen two doctors but still do not have any real answers as to why I am having so much pain. It is possible I may be rejecting the implants - I was then told I probably have tendonitis in one foot from walking wrong - again because of pain. I think these doctors are not good if you have a special problem that needs special care - only if everything goes good. And...SURGERY seems to be the answer for everything....I am very disappointed in this clinic and the after-care that I recelived.

I am a diabetic and developed ulcers on my feet. Anyone with diabetes knows how frightening this can be. I was seen by a doctor the same day and treated with great care. The nurses and doctor were very efficient and caring. We are still battling to save my foot but I feel confident that I am in the best hands possible to save my feet.I would highly recomend this office for anyone with foot and ankle problems and will be a patient of there's for life.

Disregard comments made by Shawn. East Valley Foot and Ankle is a professional office and has excellent doctors and employees.

A women by the name of Gina Bowman is taking records home with her and letting her friends read them. She leaves her laptop and files on the table where her kids and anyone who comes in can read them. I would not recommend going there while she is still working there, being that anyone who she lets in her house could read your info.
