On my initial visit, I was a little apprehensive. The staff and doctors at DSCC quickly put my mind at ease. My wife and I left with complete confidence in their treatment plan. After almost 3 months, I can say we were not disappointed.

Dr. Johnston and the rest of the staff at Desert Springs Chiropractic are phenomenal. I started attending 3 months ago with immobilizing back pain, and they were immediately able to pinpoint the cause and begin treatment. Within a week of treatment I was not only able to resume day-to-day activities, but I also felt good enough to return to work. With only a few months of treatment, I already feel 99% better. The staff is caring and extremely knowledgeable, and it shows in the quality of work they perform as well as the friendly atmosphere of the office. I would highly, highly recommend them.

Dr. Johnston and his staff are amazing. Not only do they do a great job treating you, they make you feel like family. I enjoy my treatments and look forward to the next one. I would recommend Desert Springs Chiropractic to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Johnston and Dr. Kohl for about three months recently after an unfortunate incident with a piano (turns out, lifting one by yourself isn t a great idea). The program Dr. J put me on has me feeling and functioning better already, even though I m fairly early into my treatments. It s even reduced my headaches almost to nothing, even though that s not my primary reason for being there!



Both Dr. Johnston and Kohl are very knowledgeable and professional but are never above taking interest in my life, always very friendly even if they are busy. I have referred many of my friends to DSCC and will continue to do so!

I scheduled an exam. After the first visit and adjustment my headache was gone my nightfall. And after the second visit, I could walk down my steps without having the feeling of falling or my knee giving out. Then the diarrhea slacked off and I have had a lot more energy. Thank You!!!

Dr. Johnston and Dr. Kohl and their staff are helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great chiropractor who really knows their stuff you should go see these guys.

Dr. Casey at Desert Springs Chiropractic has helped my family so much. He has helped my husband with his back and is helping him with plantar fasciitis. Dr. Casey helped relieved pain during pregnancy. Currently he is helping my two years old who suffers from ear infections. Since taking her to see Dr. Casey she has not had one. We really recommend anyone to go see him.

I wrote a review on another site saying just how amazing this place is! Dr.Kohl really helped me out! I was told also that dancing helps with posture and bad posture can also mean back problems! So I took lessons and started seeing a chiropractor and my back is feeling so much better already! Thanks Dr.Kohl:)

Your experience at Desert Springs Chiropractic Center will consist of more then just adjustments, you will also be taught exercises to help stabilize and strengthen your bones. If you have ever had any concerns about the pain you are experiencing, I highly recommend you drop by to have one of these excellent doctors check you out!

If you are even considering chiropractic care, you should definitely get an exam to see if you're a candidate and get your questions answered. It is worth it to avoid drugs and surgery!!! Dr. Johnston and Dr. Kohl are both very professional, knowledgeable, and the entire staff is really friendly! I initially received adjustments and therapy for my lower back and headaches, which reduced drastically in just a couple months! Most recently, I received care after giving birth due to the affect that pregnancy has on your spine and hips. My baby also receives adjustments and has never been ill. Chiropractic care improves your overall quality of life!

Professional and Caring



Dr. Johnston is the most professional and personally attentive chiropractor I have been to. You are not just a dollar sign walking in and out of the door. He and his staff take the time to know your name and actually care about your health. If your are hesitant about the "manual" adjustments Dr. Johnston will use the Pro Adjuster which is computer controlled and is the best alternative to the "cracking".

After insurance denied back surgery, I was referred to Desert Springs Chiropractic Center by a co-worker. Extreme lower back pain and partial loss of feeling in my right leg had severely impaired my personal and professional life; DSCC was my last hope. After a thorough examination including x-rays, the doctors established a plan to set me on the road to recovery. Within a very short time I was experiencing success and able to return to normal activities. Since then, I have completed 2 half-marathons and 2 triathlons. I continue to receive chiropractic care as maintenance and, based on the knowledge the staff has given me, would prefer to make an appointment with them for any ailments before my general practitioner. My belief in chiropractic care has done a 180 degree switch, and I feel I owe so much to the knowledgeable, caring staff at DSCC.

Dr. Johnston is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has a holistic approach to health and healing. The office staff is great. My daughter and I saw him after a car accident, and we were treated with great care by both Dr. Johnston and his entire staff. I came to Desert Springs Chiropractic Center in April of 2010 with severe back pain. I had back pain my whole life and had been to many doctors and gained no relief. The minute I finished my consultation I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Casey Johnston has an upfront no nonsense approach to healing. He explained upfront that if he could not help me he would not waste my time. Well lucky for me he could help me. I have been doing my therapy and getting adjusted for only 2 months and am almost at 100%!! Dr. Johnston not only cares about your back, he cares about your entire health. Dr. Johnston took personal time to work with me on weight management and other injuries to help me get back to my old self. I have never felt more welcome by Doctor's or staff. My name is Chris Amaro and I have been a patient at Desert Springs Chiropractic since 2003. Dr. Johnston has helped me heal from all the injuries I have had from doing Young Life ministry with High School kids, playing basketball, and from the college years when I took up skateboarding. When I started coming to DSCC I was unable to bend down and touch my toes in a smooth motion and had a lot of pain in my lower back, and my wrists. Now six years later I feel younger and healthier then ever and I can still hang with the High School kids at sports. Dr. Johnston has helped me with my jaw, ankles, knees, wrists, thumbs, and shoulders at various times. Because of my treatment at DSCC I am able to enjoy an active lifestyle.



Dr. Johnston has also been treating my wife Ruthie, and my daughter Olivia as well. He has helped Ruthie greatly throughout the pregnancy and helped her deal with the pain and stress that having a baby has on the body. My daughter Olivia has been receiving treatment as well since she was an infant and she has never been sick in the first 2 years of her life except for a couple minor colds.
