I was quite worried after reading the reviews, although I had met my Dr at another office, where she see's patients (not for these extra procedure's) and was very happy with her. I found everyone at the office to be very kind, patient (I was very nervous and don't care for IV's, esp since your limited on liquid in your body pior, then your veins tend to be smaller when they insert the IV), but everything went very well, everyone was kind, considerate, and they called me daily to check on how I was feeling after the procedure. I need to go back, because of a problem on my end, but I will go back with much less trepidation.
