They handled everything! Every phone call and all paperwork requested by insurance and mortgage company was promptly provided.Very thorough and prompt and efficient!

We experienced water damage to a third of our home and after the initial call to our insurance company and their response we decided to contact Dan @ Brown-O'Haver. We are glad we did as we were low-balled by the insurance adjustor and needed Dan's help for guidance and direction. Dan worked with us over a period of several months to help negotiate a fair amount needed to return our home as it was before the damage. Dan is very experienced and thorough in his work and we are grateful for all the services he provided. Highly recommended.

Dan Larsen with Brown O'Haver public adjusters quickly began working for us, corresponding with our insurance company over a fair payment for water damage to our home. He kept us informed of every correspondence to them and their response. In the outcome he was able to get a fairer payment to repair the damage to our home. Without a dough, I highly recommend them for any problem you are having with your insurance company over payment for damages done to your home.

Brown O’Haver was awesome to work with, especially during such a traumatic time. Dan and the whole team took a lot of stress out of the whole process. They helped us thru every step of the way and were very responsive to our needs and many questions. My wife and I can’t thank them enough for getting us through a difficult experience and handling the insurance company on our behalf.

We had a man cave fire with SO many items! Dan's company did the inventory and made sure we understood all our options. He represented us and we did not have to talk to the insurance company at all. When they took too long, he got them on track. When they offered too little, he got them back on track. It was an awful experience to loose so much property, but Dan made it easier to deal with. We are so happy to call him our friend.

This experience could have easily been overwhelming for me, but with Dan working on my behalf, I was fairly confident we were always heading in the right direction.

I was very happy with what this company did for me. They really know their stuff. It was a relief to hand over the headache. I didn't have to do a thing but sign the checks and provide some information about how old my stuff was. The contractor that I used was professional and great to work with. I did use a contractor that my adjuster suggested but he gave me several contractors to choose from but also said I could get my own contractor. I don't know any contractors so I used who was suggested and am glad I did. I would totally suggest these guys to any friends or neighbors I know that have had a fire.

What a lifesaver they were!! I am so glad I used Brown-O'Haver. I should have signed with them when my house first had the fire but I listened to my insurance company and signed up with a restoration company. I was so sure they would treat me right. It was not until after the restoration company (that the insurance company suggested) sent in their bill to my insurance company and that work they did was denied, that I knew I needed help. I was stuck with this enormous bill not to mention a house that needed to be fixed. My entire life was strung out from one end of the house to the other, wet or destroyed. It was after I hired Dave Young with Brown-O'Haver that I was able to get the ball rolling. His entire team was professional and I was able to pick my contractor. If I had signed with him in the first place I would not have had such a large chunk of my $$ go to services that my contractor could have completed for me. It really upsets me to read such a horrible review on this site about a company that has impacted me in such a positive way. I understand not everyone is always happy with their service, however from the experience I have had, Brown-O'Haver is the best thing that happened to me when I was at my lowest. Don't let one disgruntled person keep you from giving them a call. You won't regret it.

My house burned down more than 18 months ago and I still haven't received all the benefits to which I am entitled from my insurance company. Brown-O'Haver works for only one thing, their commission. They have no concern for the homeowner or the homeowner's property. They have insisted that I use a contractor who works in collusion with them and who hires unlicensed, uneducated men to do the work. They are a disgrace to their profession.
