I have used Barbara Ann's for several years however, I will use them again. The last few times I have been given a date and time to pick up my alteration only when I get there it is not ready and I must return or sit there wait some times up an hour. Last week I took in shirts for my son in law and was told I must prepay. I promised them by 4 pm on mon. when my daughter came at 4 to pick them she had to wait 40 min for them to be finished. Not only did I have to prepay but they were not ready at the time promised. I will never use them agin nor will I ever tell anyone to use them. I have posted on my facebook also in the hopes other people needing cleaning or alterations to find some else.
