I really liked how they were so nice and helpful so I used them again just recently. This was the first time I had worked with Sandra. She came to my home and measured and we discussed plans. I wanted a design, and she showed me what she could do. It was amazing! She's really great.They are always available, by phone or even if I just stopped into the store. I was so pleased by what they had available to show me in the store and they were always so helpful gave great suggestions, ideas and recommendations. Plus, the installers are very polite and professional.I've recommended them to my friends. One of my friends said the company she hired didn't even move the furniture to do the work! Ace does, at no extra charge. I think that sometimes other stores sound great in theory, but then they end up disappoin

Hi Sandra,I tried your website but was unable to find the blue button to register my compliments. So...just wanted you to know we both were thoroughly satisfied with the guys who installed our floor, as well as the floor itself.The young man, especially, was extremely polite, and both installers really seemed to know what they were doing. I still can't get over the fact that they went to Home Depot and bought quarter rounds and then stained them, that really was beyond what we would have expected, but very much appreciated.We live in Mesa Dunes mobile home park and certainly will spread the word on what a fine job they did. Hopefully you will get some more business from our park. Of course, our carpeting looks terrible next to our new floor, so I'm sure you will see us in the near future for new carpeting.
