If you want a Subaru part hit up PMP. They are super attentive to exactly what you want in a car and won't stray away and offer you extra things you're not interested in.

PMP employees have always treated me very well. Especially the guy in the service department he is very easy to deal with and the results of my service is always on time and done the first time correctly. I've been to other Subaru dealers but PMP is by far the best.

Peter helped me put my wrecked bugeye wrx back on the road, he had a hood, and grill I needed when the dealer wanted 800 bucks. I was out the door at 250 for everything I needed. Money saver, and the biggest bonus was I didn't need to paint it, It was color matching. Thanks- John.

I've been dealing with PMP for 3 years now. I've bought little $5-$10 items, and I've bought 4-5 engines and transmissions. Over the course of 20-30 transactions, I have yet to have a single issue. Peter and Cole are great guys, they always have what I need, and the prices are very fair. Communication is good, and shipping is always fast. If you need anything for your Subaru, this is THE go-to place!

Pay for the parts, get the knowledge accompanied free. Nothing can beat the confidence knowing you're getting OEM part, backed by a warranty for less than any aftermarket junk out there. Highly Recommend.

Dispute: Statement of events BUYER BEWARE!

August 22, 2015 my son contact PMP Auto group regarding the purchase of a used stock engine. The owner of PMP, responded via text message (see attached) providing details of the engine including mileage, compression test/leak down test to verify integrity of the used engine. My son was very specific and asked on numerous occasions for the owner to verify that the engine was stock only. He verified the engine was stock and it is also noted on the receipt. The engine was then purchased by my son on August 24, 2015. The engine was installed by Zach Sharpe an employee with Monroe Muffler Lancaster, an ASE certified shop. The engine began to show signs of failure 10 days after the installation. My son contacted PMP and they agreed to inspect the engine, see return receipt. Upon removal and disassembly of the engine, by a professional, it was determined that it was not a stock engine as specified and it did have modifications that were not compatible with the tune in the vehicles computer system. This is also noted on the return receipt as the TGV valve concern. My son immediately contacted the seller regarding his finding. The seller admitted that he does not inspect every engine in detail prior to selling them. He assured my son and our certified technician, Jennifer Gehman (please see attached credentials) that he would either repair the engine and or replace it at no cost. He has since revoked his offer and refuses to refund the $2500 that was paid for the engine. I contacted Mr. Donato directly and he basically laughed at me and told me “good luck at ever seeing your money again”

My son returned the engine on 10/15/2015. The owner is continuing to claim that this is a warranty issue and that the engine is outside of the original warranty period. The engine was installed by a certified ASE shop as outlined in the warranty instructions which inturn would extend the warranty to 60 days instead of 30. I have argued that this is NOT a warranty issue and it was fraudulent misrepresentation as well as deceptive trade practice on the part of the seller. Upon further investigation I have found numerous forums and reviews that this seller has a history of this behavior. Had the engine been stock as promised there would not be a service issue. The engine failure is a direct result of the misrepresentation by the seller. The vehicle in question has aftermarket modifications including upgraded turbo, high pressure fuel rails and 1000 cc injectors, the vehicle’s computer was professional and specifically tuned to stock standards and any deviation from this would throw the computer into limp mode which in turn could severely damage the engine.

Do not do any business with this company.

I purchased a 2004 WRX motor and I've had to deal with so many missing parts. Missing intercooler, missing coil packs, one had broken clips, broken vacuum modulator and many others... Peter sent me the parts eventually that I needed.

Then found more stuff bad. TGVs were completely clogged, IACV dirty giving me check engine codes. PMed Peter again along with pictures. After a week or two of messaging him he finally sends me $50 to cover the TGVs and says he will ship me a replacement IACV. Detailed time line below.

6-25 - After giving him my mailing address for the IACV, "Sorry for the issues"

7-5 - I ask him if he sent the IACV, he replies on 7-6 "Yes we did"

7-16 - I tell Peter I still don't have the part or the $50 to cover the TGVs. Peter replies the same day sending me the money through paypal and about the IACV: "Ok, I will personally take care of that today."

7-25 - I send a message to Peter again... still no IACV. He has logged into the account twice since I sent him the message.... no reply today (7-26)

Do yourself a favor, do not give this guy any business. Yes, he sells salvaged motors but this motor had so many parts missing... I probably would have just accepted the fact but his customer service is just absolutely horrid.

PMP has been great to me. Pete...

PMP has been great to me. Peter, the proprietor, has always taken pains to help solve my car problems. Not only that, but he clearly makes a point to be forthcoming with information and never makes me wonder if what he's doing to my car is necessary like I might at other shops. Also, the cars he sells have obviously been gone over with great care and with Peter, there is never that "used car lot" feeling of pressure. If you like what he is selling (and there is no reason you shouldn't) he'll take good care of you. If not, no big deal. I would recommend PMP to anyone looking to buy a good used car or just to have work done on their daily driver.
