To start the employee (Liza) wouldn't even smile, no greetings... just "what would you like"? Once I got my sandwich and I sat down there was 2 ladies seated at far wall from me with a dog. NOT a "Service Dog". He climbed up on the chair and then the table. After it came over to me as I got ready to bite into my Meatball grinder and I got up and went to counter to speak with employees. Made them aware it was a health and sanitary violation as well as contamination, will make people sick. They didn't seem to care, made no effort to go ask the ladies to take the dog out. When I asked for owners information or managers contact info Liza gave me the store number knowing the manager wasn't there. I got my money back and got out of there quick. Karen Watson
