If I could do no stars for a rating I would have! This place is a joke! When Rent is paid, you still receive late notices stating it was not paid and then they want to charge a late fee! As well as appointments that are scheduled, per them, they do not show up and or call after the time by an hour or more to say they won’t be there so you miss Work and miss out on the money you need to even pay rent! Also they fabricate appointments and neglecting to let the renters know and want to charge a fee for not being there for the appointment that was not known about. When calling to figure out what is going on, they won’t let you finish talking and interrupt. They then will hang up due to clients becoming angry as a result to them not allowing you to talk! Very poor work ethics and just have no clue at all with what they should be doing! Some of those people that work there either need to be trained better or just don’t belong there at all! Also when answering a phone call, you do not tell the client that “we close in 2 minutes” and then act like you doing your job is a pain because someone called 2 minutes before you close!!!!
