Absolutely professional form first minute and subsequent visits. Last inside bought in 1992 from MI Air and Heat. Explanation of unit and installation procedures A+. Workers on time, professional, truly knowledgeable and very neat and cleaned up wonderfully. Highly recommend, will truly and without reservation recommend highly this outstanding product and company.

Just had Merritt Island Air & Heat come out for a service call. Always leary of AC guys, but I saw many good reviews and thought I would give them a try. Couldn't be happier!!! It was a minor repair, relatively inexpensive as AC repairs go. He easily could have upsold me. They have earned a loyal customer for life now that I know I can trust them. Many thanks to the tech (Thomas) and the scheduler (Cathy?) for all their help!
