I was in town from California visiting family. I bought my parents a refrigerator here. I did research ahead of time so basically walked in the store, found the fridge and bought it. Matt helped me and the transaction went smoothly. Delivery was OK. I think the driver tried his best but he managed to put a noticeable scratch on the front door. Appliance Direct offered me a discount, but what I really wanted was an unblemished appliance. Matt agreed and a couple of days later we got a brand new fridge flawlessly delivered. I really appreciated Matt stepping up and doing the right thing by replacing the damaged one. Unfortunately a week later (the day before Thanksgiving) the refrigerator stopped working!! I was back in California but somehow a repair person showed up. He got it working temporarily until the new parts could come in. Obviously it was under warranty so the parts were ordered and replaced following the holiday. Refrigerator might have been cursed (I hope not) but Matt's customer service was stellar.

Appliance Direct Sells inferior product from popular brands we know in our households. I inherited a Maytag dryer purchased at Appliance Direct on 12/29/20. The 1 year warranty expired on 12/29/21. I purchased the home on 1/4/22 and the dryer failed on 1/29/22 for a total repair cost that was 50% the original purchase price. DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCE DIRECT

So far I'm really happy with the dishwasher we bought. We used to have a builder special model that was terrible so I was excited to finally buy a new one. This washer is quiet and cleans well! So far my ONLY complaint is that all the parts you need to install DO NOT come with dishwasher. Honestly this really ticked me off. We had to go back to the store to buy the one part Kitchenaid did not include. There should have been a sign on the box OR the sales person should have told us. Other than that we are happy!

I went to this store to buy a range (mine quit the week before Christmas…). Overall a good experience, I had a really knowledgeable salesperson that set me up with what I wanted. He was sympathetic to my situation and even gave me a discount. I would definitely recommend these guys. Compared to Lowes I saved $400 on the identical range. My advice: ask these guys if they can give a discount. They are a little reluctant sometimes but always make a good deal.
