The reservation process is very difficult. Each leg has to be booked individually. They confused my pick up time with my flight time. After the matter they emailed me 3 times telling me it was my fault and even called me!

Busy Traveler provides a good price for Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral shuttle van ($20 per person, plus $5 tip, each way, for round trip booked online in advance). But notice that (despite the options on their website) they only pickup at the airport at certain times, currently, I was told, at 11am and 1pm. So if your plane is late, you might wait a couple hours--as we did. Also, when I asked for an afternoon pickup in PC, away from terminal, they added $10 per person, totaling $65 for 2 people. And yet, when I canceled that return trip the same morning by phone (because I'd booked a tour on the cruise ship), about 6 hours prior to the scheduled pickup, and then discussed it with them later by email, they refunded that return charge. So overall, a good experience.

Made reservations morning of 12/4/2011 and I was told pickup would be 3 pm at the Orlando airport and cost was $55.00 plus driver tip. The 24 hour cancellation policy was never mentioned on the phone - probably because it could not apply since it was already under the 24 hour deadline.

My plane landed at 1:20 pm, and I picked up my luggage just before 2 pm. I called and cancelled at 2 pm – 1 hour before transport was expected. They charged me for the full price plus extra since I was quoted $55.00 on the phone and they charged my credit card $66.00.
