Usually this is a great place and usually the people there are great with helping you out. Word of caution however (and this is the only reason this facility in my book has not scored perfectly) you should watch out for one of the guys in the office he is a fatter man who wears a security/wanna be cop suit. I am a resident and he gave me the toughest time and was a real prick about everything. He is a disgruntled old man and will hassle you over the petties thing. I am a resident and have gone there every week for years and he is the first and only person who has given me a hard time. He is a complete prick so watch out. If you run into him it may just be easier to leave. However if he's not around or its his day off everyone else there is extremely helpful and nice. Sad that one person can ruin a places reputation. It would be a five star rating if not for him.
