I have gone to this Visionworks twice in the past several years, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the store is bright and clean, and I had no problem finding several frames I liked. The only problem was choosing between them all! The glasses are high-quality and will last for years with proper care. I will definitely return the next time I need glasses, and I also highly recommend Visionworks!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to customer service. I walked into the store and waited literally 34 minutes before I was finally greeted by a sales associate or she was possibly a manager. I walked around looking at frames for at least 25 minutes and the 4 sales associates who were there walked pass and around me continuously. I had to go to the center of the floor and stand with with 5 pairs of frames in my hand before an associate who was stocking the shelves asked me, without even looking in my direction, If I was with the lady in the back (another African American) and I replied, "No, I'm alone and I've been in need of assistance for the last 30 minutes..." She tries to talk over me to drown out my complaining and ushers me over to the nearest desk and suddenly she transformed into this somewhat concerned associate. The really sad part was the fact that they weren't even busy. Associates kept coming from the back along with optometrist and they were just standing around gossiping about upcoming personal plans and events, One manager was talking about walking over to Tmobile and letting them charge her phone,,, I witnessed 6 different customers walk into the store and be greeted and helped while I was simply ignored for 34 minutes. I'm still in shock and upset over this entire experience. If it were not for the great deal they offered, i would have simply walked out and called their corporate office to file a complaint.

Terrible experience! Very high prices!!

Don't let them fool you. I went to a private doctor but my insurance change therefore I had to find somewhere else to go and here I am sitting in visionworks at the mall. The prices are ridiculous!! I paid less in my private doctor than I did here!!! Just for a contact fitting that they did on me (even though I'm not getting contacts) I have to pay $60 plus my co-pay plus the glasses of course! It would have been great if before they did anything they would have let me know if I was just getting glasses I just needed the glass evaluation not just do both that way I had to pay retail price for the contact fitting. I obviously didn't know EVERY insurance only cover either contact evaluation or glasses evaluation and it would have been great if they would have explain that with me before they did it. The employee helping me was ok but the manager was extremely rude and told me I didn't need to buy the glasses there... She sure is a great asset to this company... Crazy!

Not Good Quality

I have a 5 year old daughter. I purchased a pair of glasses from our optometrist and two pair from Vision Works. I have had nothing but trouble from the two pair I purchased from Vision Works. I have had scratches on one of the pair twice and the other has scratches on them now. This is the second pair that we purchased from the optometrist and we have never had any scratches on the ones we purchased from the optometrist. We know she doesn't abuse the glasses because we are with her all the time and we watch her. The only time she is not with us, she is at school in kindergarten and the teachers watch her. My husband and I even wash the glasses ourselves. I have attempted to speak with the manager regarding the problem, but was told that it was our fault. I then attempted to contact the customer service, but was just referred back to the manager. No good customer service.
