Body Max's personal trainer, Jayme Bales, is a stalker. She uses her Facebook as her personal platform to attempt to give nutrition advice without having proper credentials. She is a also notorious harasser. The owner is ignorant and clueless. There are several reputable gyms in Indiana. This is NOT one of them.

I went in last week to find out about memberships. The staff was really nice to me and the sales girl not pushy at all. I don't know what happen with the other reviewers! Maybe they are from another gym trying to cut out their competition? The place is much bigger then I thought, and so far, I have never had to wait to get on the cardio machines. I've only been able to do one of their classes. I think it was called TRX, and it was awesome. The classes are not packed and I didnt have to worry about running in to anyone.

I used to be a member when it was Southlake nautilus and cancelled because of reasons stated by other reviewers. I rejoined recently after hearing it was sold and am very happy so far! There is a ton of equipment, way more than any other gym in the area. The membership cost is extremely fair and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. There is a trainer there, I can't recall her name but she has bright hair and tattoos, she is always so helpful and seems like she truely cares. I'm glad I gave this place another chance.

I agree wholeheartedly with MrBiggs and trish the dish. This place was so filthy that I picked up a NASTY case of toenail fungus here BUT it's been sold like the Southlake Nautilus Valpo and Hobart locations and will hopefully be cleaned up and modernized like they were.

Staff treats you like dirt.Equipment is old and nasty.Lockers suck and the locker room is old, nasty and smells like a cows butt.They make it very difficult to cancel and are not forthcoming about the process.They try to charge you more if they can.

I called in 4 times to see what the membership rates were. The first time a guy named Jay hung up on me, second time someone else hung up on me. Third time I called it was a fax machine all the sudden, and the forth time I spoke to a young lady named Robin, and she was supposed to transfer me to a sales person... and someone picked up and hung up on me AGAIN! If this is how you treat people that WANT to join your gym, I can't imagine many people WANTING to join. How ridiculous! I cant believe I would get directly hung up on when I was just trying to find out pricing! I will definitely be going to a different gym. I might be paying a little more but at least the sales staff isnt RUDE!

I went to your facility 3 times this week and was unable to sign up for a new membership. The second time I went was on Saturday and the lady said she would not be able to sign me up and to come back on Sunday from 10-12pm. I then went back on Sunday at 12:15 and the man working said he did not have time to sign me up and I would have to come back. I asked him if I could just fill out the paperwork and he said if I waited a half hour, he might be able to get to me. This is just ridiculous on how your business is run. I told him that maybe I should just join somewhere else and he told me to have a nice day. Yes, this is a great way to stay in business. Good Luck with that and have a NICE DAY. I would have gave you 0 stars but, that was not an option.

this gym is horrible, roof leaks horribly, buckets all over the place for the leaks when it rains, air condition never works, equiptment is old and outdated, not clean at all, staff is not friendly, manager is never available, women's locker room is horrible, stuff gets stolen,
