Jacob came out to fix a toilet with a phantom flush and chain issues. He did it in less than 10 minutes and even replaced a shower head for me - at no charge! Felt it wouldn't be ethical to charge an hour's work. I have never had a plumbing company do such a thing, and I will be calling them again.

Called for drain problem. Service tech Travis Smith arrived within an hour and my problem was fixed. He was knowledgeable,professional and very cheerful to boot.

I called for a new gas water heater hook-up and the Rotorooter man really knew his stuff. He was friendly, quick and informative. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks so much.

I was extremely pleased with Roto-Rooter. I had a septic system that was over full, I had called several other septic businesses and no one really wanted to come up to Idaho City. I had water in my basement, and was not certain of the source. I called Roto Rooter, they were prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. Apparently my water heater was the issue. Which is no surprise as it was old in water heater years!!! Tyler, my plumber was great, he quoted me a price and worked hard to get the job done very quickly, all accomplished in an afternoon! The water heater is fabulous!!! Now everyone in the house has enough hot water in the mornings, a luxury enjoyed only by the earliest riser prior to the installation of our new water heater!!! A big thanks to Tyler for all his hard work and to Roto Rooter, for availability, prompt professional service and a trusted name that has been around since I was a kid!

Very pleased with the service I received from Roto-Rooter. Mitch the tech/service individual was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. He was able to cut our the tree roots in my septic lines and treat them. Saved a lot over having to put in new lines.

The technician Bill, said he would arrive in about 15 minutes. Ten minutes later, he was here, fixing our plumbing. This was a huge relief when you can't use your toilets! Friendly and professional! I totally recommend RotoRooter!

I had ROTOROOTER of Meridian help me get my sewer pipes replaced after a clog in the main sewer pipes caused an inch of nasty water sat in both of our bathrooms. I had spoken with Keith two weeks before, he had given at my request a second opinion on a different plumbers quote to replace our failing sewer pipe. Keith gave a written quote after he showed and explained what needed to be done, two weeks later Keith and David came to my home and completed the work just the way Keith promised.
