I had the most painful facial from Stephanie at Rain Salon and Spa. She was so rough that several dozen capillaries were broken. Sent two requests to get a call regarding service. Didn't happen. Just wanted to warn anyone considering getting a facial from Stephanie to be very careful. She claimed that I had a reaction to a product that she used, the damage is under my skin, not a rash.

I had a facial here and it was the best I ever had! They so way more then other places I have gone. Plus their service was great! They were friendly and professional not snooty! I had my hair styled after and the girl took time to give me a cool braid!

I called this salon in January and spoke with the receptionist to see who was the best stylist was for me as I wanted a permanent. I have pretty long hair so I wanted to schedule the appointment with a very experienced and trained stylist. After talking to the receptionist for about 10 minutes we scheduled an appointment with one of their Senior Stylists, when I arrived for my appointment, I was not greated by the person I had scheduled the appointment with, this was a very young and what appeared to be very inexperienced stylist. This was in January, my hair was so damaged from this service, it is still damaged, I am so fed up with how messed up my hair is, I am going to get it all cut off. Again, my hair is long, past the middle of my back.

I wasn't impressed. When I came into the spa for my relaxing pedi, there was an employee eating her lunch in the pedicure room. She left during my pedi. But, the entire time I was there, it stunk like bad Chinese food. This place should change their moto from "Relax, Revive, Renew" to: "REGRET, RETHINK, REFRAIN'!!
