I am a homeowner in a subdivision managed by MGM Property. We have lived in our home over 5 years and have been underneath MGM's Management for the same length of time. With few exceptions, when we have approached an employee with a concern or request, I have been met with indignation and contempt.



Our children have had to play on a play ground not maintained (broken equipment neither fixed or removed, and bark not maintained), we have dead trees not removed, and we have been harassed by faulty CCR letters claiming we are not adhering to regulations. A large amount of effort and documentation (on my part) had to occur before the menacing letters ended, without an apology I may add.



I am a mother of a special needs child. We spend a great deal of time attending therapies. It is daunting to realize that I have to defend our family from the very people WE PAY to help us. Additionally, I have come to realize we cannot count on them to regulate up keep on subdivision, despite our large amount of association dues.



I am grateful for fantastic neighbors who pitch in and have 'work days' to help care for our subdivision. Additionally homeowners have paid out of their own pocket (beyond their HOA dues) to make sure our neighborhood is clean and safe.



This is a tragedy and CBH should hold MGM accountable.
