I needed to pick up my vehicle today because it overheated last night. I looked on Google for a cab company who had good reviews and stumbled across B&W Taxi. After reading all the reviews they sounded like an honest company with great service. My ride today was pretty damn cool. It started off with her driving up to the wrong guy accross the street while he was taking out his trash. Lol. We talked about life and how crazy it can be. For those fifteen minutes I was able to take my mind off of my car starting when she drops me off. She actually waited to make sure it started which it did. Her job is not to wait to see if my car starts. That's a person with a giving and caring heart. God bless her. If I need another ride I would definitely call B&W Taxi because of my experience today. Thank you so much for starting my day off with a positive vibe.

Me: hi I need a ride; my tire blew on my bike so I will need something big enough to carry it.

dispatcher: ok where are you?

M: I'm not really familiar with this area. I'm on the street that turns from emerald to executive to pine. But I haven't reached pine yet.

D: what are your cross streets.

M: I'm not sure. I'm in Lewis and Clark middle schools parking lot. The street down the way looks like parkdale.

D: I need your cross streets.

M: I don't know what I am between.

D: I need your cross streets so I can tell the driver.



And I hung up. It was no problem for the next cab I called.

Heard about this company from a friend and was not disappointed.

I have used another cab company with a similar name to this (Black and White) and i must say this is one of the best cab companys i know of they do not keep you waiting and get there in a very timely matter I have not been late to work because of them UNLIKE the other company that has made me 1+ hr late
