I called A-1 to come to my home and specifically look at my duct work as I wasnt getting air to one of the upstairs rooms. They came out and looked and said they didn't see any disconnected tubing so the problem was in the walls. I called around and it was going to cost about 600 to 800$ to search the walls for the disjoined pipe, replace it, and then patch the sheet rock in the walls. A sales person came out to sell me a whole new furnace and air conditioner (WHICH WOULD STILL NOT FIX THE WALL PROBLEM) for $9000. I figured well for that, I will go look for myself. It took me about 5min to find a tube hanging and not connected. I hooked it back up and immediately had full air floor. I called to talk to a manager and get a refund, they were busy and said they would call me back. It has been a week. Since then a sales person called me to see if I had any questions about purchasing a new unit. Well you can probably guess I won't be doing business with them EVER! Don't trust them to do your service, they might not be doing anything and charging you $76.
